BJP  contending  Kompella Madhavi Latha from Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency has piqued the interest of choosers. Latha has been leveled  against four- time Hyderabad MP and AIMIM author Asaduddin Owaisi. This is the first time that a woman has been  contended  by the saffron party from this seat.  Madhavi Latha, 49, comes from anon-political background and she's the  speaker of a commercial sanitarium called Virinchi Hospitals. She's also known to be a philanthropist and is the  speaker of Lopamudra Charitable Trust, which provides healthcare, education, and livelihood to the depressed people in the  megacity.

 She's also a trustee at Lathama Foundation.   She has a bachelorette’s degree from Nizam’s College and apost-graduate degree in political  wisdom from Koti Woman’s College. She has a keen interest in artistic conditioning and is a trained Bharatnatyam  cotillion . Latha has said she home-  lessoned her three children.   According to data, BJP’s vote share has been on the rise in Telangana in the  once decade from just 7 in 2014 to 15 in the 2023 Assembly  choices.   In the recent state  choices, the BJP won eight seats and came the  top opposition in a number of seats, including Charminar, Karwan, LB Nagar, Rajendranagar, Amberpet and Sanathnagar.
